Get Them Moving

The CDC (Center for Disease Control) recommends that children and adolescents have 60+ mins of physical activity everyday. Besides the normal sports and games that we normally associate with PE, there are many creative ways to get your kids moving. Check out this link from the CDC with a few ideas, or be creative and come up with your very own.

Meet Jarod Paschall, PE teacher at Harvest Elementary in Harvest, Alabama. His kids were always asking him to play this song, so he decided to put it to good work. His kids warm up every Thursday morning to the fun cardio workout. The video is going viral on Youtube and being shared around the world. Sometimes it just take a fun song and a little creativity to start the momenteum.
